LEADERSHIP BOARD

Grace Methodist Church is governed by a leadership board of 9 members within our church, in addition to the pastor, treasurer, and recording secretary, that makes a group of 12 total which meets each month.

Through this organization the leadership board governs in the model of accountable leadership, the pastor leads, the staff equips and coordinates ministry, and the congregation is released to be in ministry.
